if you experience a problem stemming from our end, kindly contact us and we will make our best to repair it, free of charge. if it cannot be repaired, we will have your piece replaced with a new one or make a full refund.*

if you experience a problem stemming from daily use such as shocks, darkenings, stains, scratches or deformations; you can send your piece to us. we will have our atelier inspect the piece and see what they can do to repair it. 

we kindly remind you that the problems that are not covered by our 1-year extended warranty might be subject to additional charge, if you are not entitled under a manjé care program.

for each piece you order, you will receive a special chamois pouch. when not in use, we advise you to store your pieces in these pouches and keep them in a cool, dry place to prevent any deformation. sweat, perfumes, and chemicals can affect the appearance of your pieces, so avoiding such exposure is recommended to maintain their condition over time. 

when your pieces become stained, dirty, or lose their shine, you can clean them using the exterior of the pouch we provided or use a soft cloth. make sure not to use any chemicals while cleaning. we recommend sending your items to us for maintenance once a year. our workshop will care for and polish your pieces, returning them to you in their original elegance. if you encounter any issues such as breakage, discoloration, or damage, please reach out to our workshop for repair services.
