how long does the warranty last?

there is no time limit. whether you bought the piece today or ten years ago, the same warranty applies. when we say "lifetime", we mean it.

does the warranty transfer if i receive the piece as a gift?

yes. the warranty is tied to the piece, not the person. even if the item has changed hands, the manjé warranty remains fully valid.

do i need a receipt or proof of purchase?

your order number is all we need. we don't ask for invoices, receipts, or any other documentation.

is the colour change free of charge?

yes, completely free. you can switch between gold, rose gold, and silver as many times as you like — no service fee.

who covers shipping costs?

both inbound and outbound shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. when sending the piece to us, you'll use the code we provide at any affiliated courier branch. once the work is complete, a return shipping payment link will be sent to you before dispatch.

is accidental damage covered?

yes. damage caused by dropping, impact, or heavy use is fully covered. we don't ask how it happened.

how many times can i use the warranty?

as many times as you need. there's no limit on warranty claims for the same piece. it's not a one-time right — it's a lifetime commitment.

which courier do i use to send my piece?

once we receive your request, we'll send you a shipping code for our affiliated courier. just take the code to any of their branches and hand over the parcel — nothing else required.
