orders are usually processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.

during holidays, peak times and sale seasons; there might be slight delays with the shipment process. 

if you have customized your piece, the process can take more time than usual.

some pieces are produced upon order placement and dispatched accordingly. for products that are not held in regular stock, delivery times may be longer than usual. these items are clearly noted on their respective product pages.

bespoke pieces may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

the return period is within 30 days of the delivery date.

to start your return process, please contact us from [email protected] and we will guide you through the steps to pack and ship your pieces back to us. note that we might need your order number and receipt during the process.

once we receive your return shipment, our team will review whether your request qualifies for a full refund.

to be eligible for a full refund, the product must be unusued, with its original finish intact, and all packaging contents complete.

returns will not be accepted for used, damaged or incomplete products, as well as items with missing or damaged packaging.

due to hygiene reasons; earrings, earcuffs and piercings cannot be returned.

custom-made, bespoke or personalized items are non-refundable.

once your return is approved, the refund will be processed with the shipping fee deducted from the total amount.
