when does the return window start? +

the 30-day return window begins on the date your order is delivered. requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

what's the difference between a return and an exchange? +

return: send the item back and receive a refund (minus shipping). exchange: send the item back and choose a different piece. both are initiated through the same form below.

when will i receive my refund? +

once the item arrives and passes review, the refund is initiated. depending on your bank and payment method, it may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

can i return a gift? +

yes. we'll need the order number — you can ask the person who gifted it to you. the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
