manjé care - important notice & disclaimer

manjé care program is exclusively valid for solid silver jewelry sold on atelier manjé’s website. stainless steel products are not covered by this program. the services provided under manjé care vary depending on the package, and atelier manjé reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the program at any time. however, customers who have already purchased a manjé care package will retain their rights, and any commitments made before changes will remain valid.


the repair, maintenance, and replacement services offered within manjé care are subject to specific conditions. after a repair, a 6-month extended warranty is provided, while a 1-year standard warranty applies to product replacements. lost or stolen items are strictly excluded from manjé care coverage, and atelier manjé accepts no responsibility in such cases. damages caused by user mishandling are covered only under the manjé care+ and manjé care ∞ packages according to the specified terms. if a product needs to be replaced, an identical item will be provided whenever possible. if the original item is discontinued, a replacement of similar weight and comparable value will be offered. if there is a price difference between the selected replacement and the original item, the additional cost may be charged to the customer.


the manjé care program is currently available only within all 81 provinces of turkey and does not extend internationally. to benefit from this program, proof of purchase (invoice, order number, etc.) must be provided. shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility under the manjé care package, while for manjé care+ and manjé care ∞, atelier manjé covers all shipping expenses for repairs and replacements.


atelier manjé reserves the right to evaluate each manjé care request individually and may refuse service under specific circumstances. this program is strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared or assigned to another person. atelier manjé also holds the right to modify the program’s terms or introduce new policies when necessary. however, any changes will not affect existing customers who have already purchased a package, and their rights will remain protected.
